Terms & Conditions

The Promotion
1.1 The “Gold Ticket” promotion is a two-stage prize giveaway taking place at Somewhere by Nico [Glasgow] and Somewhere by Nico [Edinburgh].

1.2 By participating in the experience, guests agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility & Entry
2.1 To enter, guests must book and attend a full experience at either Somewhere by Nico location during the promotional period (starting March 2026).

2.2 A total of 20 winning versions of The Gold Ticket have been hidden within the chocolate bars served at the conclusion of the experience (10 tickets per location).

2.3 The Gold Ticket must be presented to a member of the Somewhere by Nico team at the time of discovery to be validated.
The Instant Prize (The Experience)
3.1 Upon discovery and validation of a Gold Ticket, the winner’s experience on that specific night will be complimentary.

3.2 This covers the set experience price for the ticket holder and their immediate table booking (up to a maximum of £100 value).

3.3 Exclusions: The optional service charge and any additional drinks or “add-ons” ordered outside of the standard set experience are not included in the prize and remain payable by the guest after the £100 prize value is removed from the balance.
The Grand Prize (The 12-Month Season Pass)

4.1 All 20 validated Gold Ticket winners will be automatically entered into a Grand Prize Draw at the conclusion of the March 2026 theme.

4.2 One (1) winner will be selected at random from the 20 finalists to win the “Somewhere Season Pass” (valid March 2026 – March 2027).

4.3 The Season Pass includes:
- One (1) complimentary experience for two people for every new Somewhere by Nico theme launched during the 12-month period.
- Each visit includes: the cocktail experience, snacks, and one (1) optional menu add-on per person.
  
  4.4 The Season Pass is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and is valid only for the named winner and one guest.
  
  4.5 Bookings are subject to availability; we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
General
5.1 Somewhere by Nico reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Gold Ticket. Damaged, forged, or tampered-with tickets will be deemed void.

5.2 Winners may be asked to participate in promotional photography or videography for social media purposes.

5.3 Somewhere by Nico reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
